Banana Breakfast Shake

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups fat free or low fat dairy milk
  • 1 frozen medium banana peeled and sliced
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract optional
  • 1/4 teaspoon almond extract optional
  • cinnamon for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  • In blender container, combine dairy milk, banana, vanilla extract and almond extract. Blend until smooth, about 20 seconds.
  • Pour into two glasses and garnish with sprinkle of ground cinnamon, if desired.
