Chicken Leg Lollies
1packagechicken legs
Tasty Thigh Kebabs
1packageboneless chicken thighs
1packagemini potatoes
1onion
3bell peppers or hot peppers
kebab skewers
Instructions
Marinade
Combine butter, vinegar, liquid smoke, garlic powder, onion powder and barbecue sauce. Season with salt and pepper, to taste.
Chicken Leg Lollies
Slice below meatiest part of chicken legs until bone is visible. Pop out bottom joint and push meat toward top, leaving clean, exposed bone. Place in gallon zip-top bag.
Tasty Thigh Kebabs
Cube chicken thigh meat and place in same zip-top bag as lollies. Add marinade and refrigerate at least 1 hour or longer, if possible.
Heat grill or oven to 375 F. Cut potatoes, onion and peppers. Add thigh meat and veggies to skewers.
Place kebabs on one pan and lollies on another. Pour marinade over both and cook 45 minutes.
Serve on platters alongside additional barbecue sauce.
