Honey-Glazed Fish

I promise you’ll enjoy this restaurant-tasting, honey-glazed recipe and you can do it right in your very own kitchen. Perfect for the Lenten season, it’s a light meal with a decadent flavor that works well with salmon or any other white fish; you won’t be limited by the catch of the day because you can buy whatever fish you like.

Ingredients

  • 4 fish fillets of choice
  • 1/2 tbsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tbsp pepper
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 3 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 450 F
  • Line baking dish with aluminum foil and place fish fillets in dish
  • Whisk garlic powder, pepper, paprika, honey, soy sauce and olive oil; pour over fish. Cook 30 minutes
  • Place fish on plate and drizzle honey sauce from baking dish on top of fish
