This recipe is the jackpot of all recipes. You can make two different desserts out of it and your family and friends will never know it’s all from one recipe!
Ingredients
1packagesoftened cream cheese8 ounces
1canpumpkin pie purée
1/2cupbrown sugar
1/4cuppowdered sugar
1 1/2tablespoonspumpkin pie spice
1cupwhipping cream
1boxgingersnaps
Whipped Cream
1cupheavy whipping cream
2tablespoonssugar
crumbled gingersnapsfor serving
crushed pecansfor serving
Instructions
To make pumpkin cheesecake dip: In large bowl, using hand mixer, mix cream cheese, pumpkin, brown sugar, powdered sugar, pumpkin pie spice and whipping cream. Serve on platter or in bowl with gingersnaps.
To make whipped cream: Using hand mixer, whip whipping cream and sugar until thick.
To make pumpkin parfaits: In small glasses, layer crumbled gingersnaps, pumpkin cheesecake mixture and whipped cream. Top with crushed pecans.
