In small bowl, mix salt, pepper and smoked paprika then season steaks, front, back and sides. Let sit 30 minutes
Preheat oven to 450 F and heat skillet over high heat on stovetop
Sear each side of steaks (2 minutes for thicker steaks or 1 minute for thinner steaks)
If steaks have fat around edges, sear edges about 1 minute
Cook steaks in oven 5 minutes. Let rest 10 minutes then serve with green beans or side salad, if desired
