Slow-Cooked Pulled Pork

Ingredients

  • 1 pork shoulder about 7 pounds
  • 1 cup apple cider
  • 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1/2 cup applewood seasoning

Instructions

  • Place pork shoulder in slow cooker then pour apple cider over top. Mix apple cider vinegar and applewood seasoning then pour over pork.
  • Cover and cook on low heat 8 hours.
