Tropical Boba Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 pack instant brown sugar boba 2.12 ounces
  • 1 1/2 cups frozen mixed pineapple mango and strawberries
  • 1/2 cup milk whole or 2%
  • 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt 5%, 2% or fat free
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1/4 teaspoon coconut extract or vanilla

Instructions

  • Prepare boba according to package directions.
  • In blender, combine fruit, milk, yogurt, honey and coconut extract. Cover and blend until nearly smooth.
  • Place boba in 14-16-ounce glass. Pour fruit mixture over top. Serve.
