Watermelon Protein Shake

Ingredients

  • 1 cup chopped watermelon
  • 1 cup frozen mango chopped
  • 1/4 cup tart cherry juice
  • 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt nonfat
  • 1/2 scoop vanilla or unflavored protein powder
  • 1 tablespoon honey or to taste optional

Instructions

  • In blender, blend watermelon, mango, cherry juice, Greek yogurt, protein powder and honey about 30 seconds until well combined.
