Cookin’ Savvy was born out of 30 years of cooking for my family. Most of those years were on a tight budget, so creativity was a must. I love experimenting with spices and sauces, and I’m amazed by how a spice or sauce can completely change a simple food and make it special.
Food is a love language I’m fluent in and nobody leaves my home hungry. Brainstorming ways to rethink old recipes is a challenge I take seriously – and have a lot of fun while doing it! Fixing food from my past is a great way to keep the past alive for my kids and grandkids, and the new memories we’re making by simply sharing a meal together are priceless.
If I can share that joy with others then that’s what I call a successful day at Cookin’ Savvy and that’s what I’m always Doin’ My Best to achieve!
