Turkey Spinach Orzo

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups leftover chopped turkey
  • 1 1/2 cups frozen spinach
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 cups chicken stock
  • 2 cups orzo
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon onion powder
  • salt to taste
  • pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • In large skillet over medium heat, brown turkey and spinach with butter. Add chicken stock and orzo; cover and cook 10 minutes.
  • Turn off heat and mix in Parmesan cheese, garlic powder and onion powder. Season with salt and pepper, to taste.
