Grape and Chicken Salad with Lemon-Balsamic Vinaigrette

Ingredients
1/4cupextra-virgin olive oil
3tablespoonslemon juice
1tablespoonbalsamic vinegar
1/2teaspoonfresh minced garlic
1pinchsalt
2tablespoonschopped fresh basil
1poundgrilled or broiled bonelessskinless chicken breasts, chopped into small pieces
2cupshalved or quartered red Grapes from California
1/3cupchopped red onion
3tablespoonscrumbled bacon or packaged real bacon piecescooked
1large avocadopeeled, pitted and diced
freshly ground pepperto taste
6sliceswhole-grain artisan bread
Instructions
In large bowl, whisk olive oil, lemon juice, vinegar, garlic, salt and basil. Add cooked chicken, grapes, onion and bacon.
When ready to serve, mix well then lightly stir in avocado and season with pepper, to taste. Serve with bread slices.
