Ice Cream Lasagna

This recipe is fun to make and even better to eat. If you can turn on the oven, you can make this recipe; it’s really that simple. Follow the recipe down to the last ingredient or jazz it up with your family’s favorite flavors and toppings to make your own customized version.

Ingredients

  • 1 box vanilla cake mix
  • 1/2 cup milk chocolate chips melted
  • 1/2 cup white chocolate chips melted
  • 1 gallon vanilla ice cream
  • 1 tub vanilla whipped icing

Instructions

  • Preheat oven 350 F. In greased lasagna pan, bake cake mix according to package instructions, adding 1/4 cup chopped milk chocolate chips and 1/4 cup white chocolate chips to batter before baking
  • Once cake cools, remove from pan and set aside. In bottom of lasagna pan, spread 1/2 gallon ice cream. Add cake on top of ice cream and ice cake with vanilla icing. Add remaining ice cream on top of iced cake and spread evenly
  • Sprinkle remaining chocolate and white chocolate chips on top and freeze at least 4 hours
