Let’s talk savvy pumpkin bread for a minute. September has arrived and it’s now socially acceptable to be seen drinking and eating all things pumpkin. Truth be told, after a few weeks of “pumpkin everything,” it can get a little old, even though we waited all year for this moment. So I have a recipe that can change all of that. It’s simple, it’s easy and, yes, it tastes good, too!
It’s a super-fun-to-make Pumpkin Loaf with Orange Frosting, but it’s not your everyday pumpkin loaf. It has the best and simplest frosting that takes it to the next level. It’s made with orange juice and before you turn your nose up, I promise the flavor will surprise you. Now that’s what I call pumpkin savvy!
Till next time, I will be Doin’ My Best at Cookin’ Savvy!
