Tropical Boba Smoothie
Ingredients
- 1 pack instant brown sugar boba 2.12 ounces
- 1 1/2 cups frozen mixed pineapple mango and strawberries
- 1/2 cup milk whole or 2%
- 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt 5%, 2% or fat free
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1/4 teaspoon coconut extract or vanilla
Instructions
- Prepare boba according to package directions.
- In blender, combine fruit, milk, yogurt, honey and coconut extract. Cover and blend until nearly smooth.
- Place boba in 14-16-ounce glass. Pour fruit mixture over top. Serve.
