Let’s face it: By Christmas morning we are worn out and the last thing we want to do is make a huge mess in the kitchen. That’s why you need this recipe in your life.
This Cranberry Cinnamon Bundt is simple yet presents well enough to be the center of your Christmas brunch. There is no mess, no fuss and it looks like a million bucks. Everyone will be asking for the recipe. Now that’s what I call a savvy Christmas morning!

Cranberry Cinnamon Bundt
Ingredients
- 1 package fresh or frozen cranberries
- 2 cans cinnamon rolls
- 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
Instructions
- Heat oven to 400 F.
- Rinse cranberries and place in bottom of buttered bundt pan. Cut cinnamon rolls into quarters and cover cranberries. Pour heavy whipping cream on top of cinnamon rolls.
- Bake 15-20 minutes. Let cool about 5 minutes then place plate on bundt pan and flip over.
- Drizzle frosting from cinnamon rolls package over cranberries.
