These Cheesy Meatball Bombs are the quick and easy answer to all your snaking problems. Whether you have a house full of people to serve or it’s just your family, this is a go-to recipe to make everybody full and happy. Now that’s what I call a savvy snack solution!

Cheesy Meatball Bombs
Ingredients
- 1 puff pastry sheet
- 12 meatballs thawed
- 1 package mozzarella cheese 8 ounces, shredded
- marinara sauce for serving
- Buffalo sauce for serving
- barbecue sauce for serving
Instructions
- Heat oven to 425 F.
- Use rolling pin to thin out puff pastry then cut into 12 squares.
- Place one meatball in each square with cheese. Close pastries around cheese and meatballs. Place each ball in hole of muffin tin.
- Bake 10-15 minutes. Pastry should be golden brown. Remove from pan and serve with marinara, Buffalo and barbecue dipping sauces.
Notes
Tip: Recipe can be doubled or tripled, as needed.
