Let’s talk savvy but too-busy-to-cook meals for a minute. It’s here, that time of year when every night on your calendar is full. The time of year you dread and look forward to all at the same time. It means the holidays are coming and it also means takeout or grab-and-go for supper, but it doesn’t have to.
With this super easy slow cooker recipe, you can have wholesome meals even on the busiest of days. One pork shoulder can feed your family for the week – all you have to do is change it up a bit and no one will ever know it’s a onetime cook. From barbecue nachos to pulled pork sliders, all the way to barbecue chili – the possibilities are nearly endless. Now that’s what I call savvy super suppers!
