Let’s talk savvy Mother’s Day for a minute. May brings a busy schedule, from end-of-school actives like recitals, field days and graduations to signing up for summer camps and other kid-friendly summer activities.
Sometimes we can get caught up in the craziness of it all and almost forget to celebrate the person that brings it all together and makes it all happen. Mother’s Day is an opportunity to pause and pamper mom to show her your gratitude for all her hard work.
Here’s a recipe that is easy to shop for, easy to make and even easier to clean up. You can serve her these tasty Cinnamon Muffins in bed and she will be surprised at your cooking abilities. Add a card and some flowers and mom will feel appreciated and loved on her special day. That’s really what it’s all about: showing mom you love her. Now that’s some savvy thoughtfulness if you ask me!
Till next time, I will be Doin’ My Best at Cookin’ Savvy!
