Let’s talk savvy versatility for a minute. Do your family meals ever get in a rut? You know you’re there when you ask your family what they want for supper and the answer is “I don’t know.” Well the next time they say that, pull this recipe up and have “I don’t know” for supper.

This Lasagna Rollups recipe is just a base, just an idea. It’s great on its own, don’t get me wrong, but you can make it unique to your family with a few additions or even substitutions, like adding spinach or mushrooms, substituting ricotta with cottage cheese or adding more ricotta.

You could add gouda cheese, basil or even pepperoni, if you dare. Let your imagination soar on this one. Remember, each roll is a serving, so you could have multiples in one dish, making everyone happy and only having one dish to clean. Now that’s what I call a savvy dinner rut solution!
